Refund Policy

DogiZone Customer Care Policies

  • All pets entering our facilities for services must be up to date on vaccinations
  • Self serve dog wash going to be by appt only
  • All dogs must be on a 4’ or 6’ fixed leash or in dog appropriate carriers at all times and under the control of an adult
  • For safety of our clients, disruptive and/or aggressive dogs may be asked to leave at management's discretion
  • Children under the age of 16 years old must be attended by and under supervision of a parent or responsible adult at all times.
  • All of your information is kept confidential and is for internal use only. We send out notices of upcoming events, coupons, and dog related information.
  • Dogs are the only animal permitted in the facility
  • Payment Methods - All major Credit Cards
  • We will match all local and all major online retailers, competitor pricing and match
  • Store credit issued for services cannot be used toward products and/or retail items
  • When store credit is issued for products and/or retail items it cannot be used towards DogiZone services
  • Active military and first responders will receive 5% off of products at retail pricing
  • Veterinary partners will receive 10% off products at retail value.

 
DogiZone Coupon Policies 

  • Coupons must be presented at the time of sale. Coupons can only be redeemed one coupon per customer/transaction, either Dogizone coupon or manufacturer and may not be combined with other offers
  • Expired coupons will not be accepted. Coupons will not be accepted after the expiration date listed on the coupon. Coupons expire at 11:59 pm at the point of sale on the expiration date listed on the coupon
  • Coupons cannot be applied to previous transactions
  • DogiMarket does not accept coupons from other pet suppliers or retailers
  • All coupons must be in their original form and presented at the time of sale. No photocopies or duplicates of any kind will be accepted. Coupons are void if copied, scanned, altered, transferred, purchased, sold, modified or prohibited by law. Once a coupon is redeemed, it cannot be reissued upon return of the item purchased nor will cash or store credit  be returned for the amount of the coupon redeemed
  • Any purchase of 6 large (30+ lb) bags or more will qualify for our bulk discount of 10%
  • Any applicable sales tax is calculated by using the full value of an item prior to applying a coupon.
  • Dogizone reserves the right to accept, decline or limit the use of ANY coupon(s), at store managers discretion
  • Coupons have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, gift cards, store credit
  • We accept physical coupons or coupons that are shown on your smartphone or other mobile devices. All coupons shown on a mobile device must have a scannable barcode. Coupons with unscannable barcodes are not valid and cannot be redeemed. The item(s) purchased must match the coupon description (e.g., brand, size, quantity, etc.)
  • In the event of a promotion with a “buy one, get one” component, or other such multi-product offer, the coupon will be applied to the product(s) with the lower retail price
  • All Dogizone coupons are “limit one per household”. This means only one coupon for each household, not each sale or each item. Additionally, coupons may not be split across multiple transactions to allow multiple coupons to be used - one coupon per day allowed.
  • In the event of a Dogizone dollar ($) off value coupon, the pre-tax total for the purchase must be equal to or greater than the face value of the coupon in order to be able to redeem on such purchase. Individual coupon value cannot exceed the value of the item it is applied to
  • All coupons that request customer’s information must be completely filled out. We will not accept any coupons that are missing information requested on the coupon
  • Manufacturer rebates cannot be redeemed in-store or online as coupons. We are unable to accept vouchers
  • We uphold any purchase stipulations provided by the product manufacturer. Including, but not limited to any item limits
  • Manufacturer coupons must include a valid redemption address

 
DogiZone Refund Policies

  • Return it to us within 60 days from the purchase date for a full refund to the credit card used for purchases. Item(s) must be in our current inventory and non expired
  • Manager approval is required for returns without a proof of purchase.  If approved, amount of return will be given on a gift card
  • We cannot accept damaged or soiled items, and for health reasons returns on grooming items, beds, and carriers
  • We will accept open bags of food as returns from clients with a dogizone account in the form of a gift card
  • DogiZone reserves the right to refuse any return at the managers discretion
  • Online and Delivery purchases can be returned to store with original packing slips
  • Orders that are refused at the time of delivery will not have the original delivery charges refunded and are subject to additional delivery or restocking fees
  • All clearance items are non-returnable and non-refundable. Vendors do not determine or override our return policy
  • If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product for the purchase price (minus coupons, gift wrap and any other associated charges). Product must be in its original packaging and in new or salable condition. Simply, bring the product in its original packaging and the order confirmation email or original receipt as proof of purchase
  • If paid for by credit card, the card used to purchase the merchandise is required so that your return can be credited to the same card. If you do not have the same credit card that you used to make your original purchase, or used a payment method other than a credit card for your order (such as gift card), you will receive a gift return return card for the appropriate amount
  • We want you to be in control of your Auto Delivery orders – you can skip, change delivery dates or cancel future Auto Delivery orders at any time. However, we cannot guarantee order cancellations initiated within 24 hours of your scheduled delivery date

 
DogiZone DogiWash Policies

  • Pets with flea infestation must be treated prior to entering the DogiMarket
  • Last wash is 30 minutes before closing to allow staff the appropriate amount of time to clean and sanitize for the following day
  • Limit your tub use to 45 minutes per dog. If additional time is needed, please prepare ahead and schedule two time slots for your pet. 
  • Please be polite and clean up after yourself, leave the station ready for use by the next client
  • DogiWash will be open by appointment only between normal business hours. We are not able to guarantee space for walk-in’s 30 minutes prior to closing
  • There is a $14.95 charge per dog wash/time slot (45 minutes) plus any applicable extras. Additional charges apply for each additional animal bathed. If the bath takes longer than 45 minutes, $10 will be applied for every 30 minutes thereafter
  • To book your first bath, you'll either need to provide proof of vaccinations to us, or we can even reach out to your vet directly
  • Each paw parent is welcome to use our house shampoo/conditioner selection or are welcome to bring supplies from home
  • Due to health concerns, we cannot accept washes of dogs that have been skunked or have an infectious parasite such as fleas or ticks. If your dog is unable to use our dog wash stations, our Dogi Staff would be happy to recommend alternative products to help your pet. We apologize for any inconvenience.
  • At this time, we are unable to accomodate full grooming in the wash stations, which prohibits full haircuts, teeth brushing, nail clipping etc.
  • At this time, we are unable to accomodate full grooming in the wash stations, which prohibits haircuts of any kind
  • Dogizone is not responsible for any customer belongings or items left behind in the dog wash after use
  • Children under the age of 16 years old must be attended by and under supervision of a parent or responsible adult at all times

 
DogiZone Astro Loyallty Policies

  • Members are not allowed to share or transfer points, credits, sales, information, or deals between other members. 
  • Account information and benefits can only be used by the owner of the account with proper account identification
  • Members cannot use sale promotions before or after stated deadline unless authorized by manager
  • Member deals, coupons, promotions, and incentives are subject to change without notice
  • Loyalty points cannot be redeemed for any monetary value
  • Loyalty points can be used for discounts on active DogiZone services and/or DogiMarket products where applicable
  • Any discrepancies in the use, quantity, value, or application of loyalty points will be brought to the attention of the manager.
  • Reward points cannot be redeemed for same day purchases or activities, services or products without manager approval
  • It is the responsibility of the member to keep the most up to date information in our system to ensure all loyalty points are accurately accounted for
